03 โ€” FAQs

Questions about bill payments

Can I set up auto-pay for every bill?

Most recurring bills, including electricity, FASTag and EMI, can be set to auto-pay. Some providers only allow manual payment, and we'll tell you which.

How fast does a recharge reflect?

Mobile and DTH recharges are usually instant. Electricity, gas and water bills can take a few hours to reflect with the provider.

Is there any convenience fee?

Any charge from the biller is shown before you confirm, so you always know the final amount.

What if a payment fails?

If a payment fails, the amount is refunded to your source account. Your advisor can help you retry or resolve the issue.

04 โ€” Monthly Plan

A simple routine that keeps every bill on time

Most missed payments come from bills due on different dates. Group them into a monthly rhythm, and the whole month stays under control.

Day 1โ€“3

Utilities

Electricity, gas and water bills are usually due in the first week. Set auto-pay so these never depend on memory.

Day 5โ€“10

Recharges and internet

Mobile plans and broadband renew on their own cycle. Keep a recharge reminder two days before expiry.

Day 15โ€“20

EMIs and loans

Keep EMI payments at least three days ahead of the due date, so bank processing time never causes a delay.

Last week

Review and receipts

Check your dashboard, download receipts and note any failed payment, so you can fix it before the next cycle.

Tip: If your bills are spread across the month, ask your advisor to align them to one date. Most billers allow a due-date change on request.
